Nestled by the tranquil lake, the hotel provides splendid views from well-furnished, clean rooms. While enjoying my stay, I appreciated the quality of the food, which boasted an enticing array of fresh dishes, homemade cakes, and local cheeses-perhaps one of the highlights of my visit. The spa facilities, though somewhat crowded, offered standard treatments that were satisfactory; however, an unexpectedly noisy atmosphere left something to be desired. While the staff at the spa was friendly, the reception team could benefit from a more hospitable demeanor. The price point of my stay felt justified, given the overall experience, particularly the welcome drink and access to facilities like the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. For anyone seeking a balance between luxury and value, Ensana Sovata is a worthy consideration-and a great backdrop for that next beer-centric adventure in Europe!
